The team at K.R.Auto Repair did a great job on my alignment. I came in and they found a bad wheel bearing. As a DIY I went home and changed the part and returned a week later. They totally accepted my DIY request and performed the alignment fast and provided the before and after scans to prove the work. I would go back. Thanks!

Amazing group of determined workers. Not only do they have fast problem solving skills, but they get the job done, and done right! They?re doing exceptionally well on my boyfriend?s truck, that has a transmission issue. On top of their work, their customer service is amazing too. Very reliable and easy to contact. Scott also went above and beyond with helping contact the warranty company, as we had issues with them. Seriously would not take our cars anywhere else!

If you need HONEST auto repair or maintenance look no further. If you need Quality parts and service look no further. but be honest with yourself that your vehicle is a mechanical object and requires maintenance if you put off say oil changes which leads to thickening of oil (partial solidification) or deterioration of your oil filter either one could or would cause your oil not to be able to travel through some of the small passages that it is required too (FACT) the result, lack of lubrication, metal to metal contact ,catastrophic engine failure by saving a few dollars or skipping a few oil changes you have now spent Thousands on a major engine rebuild or replace . K&R might recommend that you do certian things but it is NOT to fill their pockets they know vehicles inside and out and YES they are trying to help you out, that's the bottom line. He has been a sucsessful business owner for many many decades and has made his good fortune on working hard, being honest and standing behind his work . They srtive to make their customers happy and it shows yes you might have to wait a few days to get in but thats because there are people standing in line to get service before you Or you might get lucky and get right in as they have several bays and lifts. I highly recomend women to go here as they employ women and you will not be charged or treated any different due to their high integrity . Thank you K&R for keeping my family safe on our terrible Wisconsin roads.
